Latex reclaim rubber is a recycled rubber material produced from post-industrial latex waste — such as latex tubes, latex surgical gloves and other latex-based scrap. Green Rubber processes this waste into a clean, consistent, graded raw material that manufacturers use as a cost-effective, sustainable substitute for a portion of virgin natural rubber.
Green Rubber makes six grades of latex reclaim rubber: GR Ultra (premium, 5–6% ash), GR Supreme (high performance, 10–12% ash), GR Prime (industrial, approximately 15% ash), GR Pro White (super white specialty, approximately 25% ash), GR Eco (customisable) and GR Odourless (low-odour specialty).
Ash content is the percentage of inorganic mineral residue left after a rubber sample is burned. In reclaim rubber it indicates purity and filler level — a lower ash content generally means a cleaner, higher-performance grade. Green Rubber's grades range from 5–6% ash (GR Ultra) up to about 25% (GR Pro White).
For footwear, GR Pro White and GR Prime are common choices where colour and cost matter. For conveyor belts and technical goods, GR Ultra and GR Supreme offer stronger performance.
