About High-Strength White Reclaim Rubber
The flagship of Green Rubber’s line — a premium reclaim rubber engineered to substitute virgin natural rubber in demanding compound applications. Produced from carefully sorted post-industrial latex glove scrap using our controlled devulcanisation process, XY Grade delivers a rubber hydrocarbon content of 90% — the closest match to virgin natural rubber that reclaim technology can offer today.
Because the feedstock is glove-industry scrap rather than tyre scrap, the result is a light-coloured, low-ash, low-contamination material that blends cleanly into latex glove compounds, condom raw material mixes, and premium moulded goods without the visible dark spotting that plagues black tyre reclaim. Mixing cycle times drop compared to virgin rubber, and the resulting compound cure is predictable, batch after batch.
Every consignment is graded, spec-tested, and packed in 50 kg net-weight HDPE bags at our Jalandhar works. Free samples and technical formula support are available for any serious compounding trial — we work alongside your R&D team to dial in the substitution ratio.
