Sustainable Rubber Solutions For Your Industry
Reclaim rubber isn’t a low-grade compromise. Used correctly, it reduces compound cost by 20–40%, speeds up mixing, and adds controlled properties like softness and colour.
Footwear & Shoe Soles
The largest end use for reclaim rubber worldwide. Reclaim blends into shoe sole compounds at 20–30% substitution, giving significant cost savings, faster mixing, and consistent hardness. Both PR and FR grades widely used.
Latex Glove Compounding
Glove manufacturers use XLM (85% RHC) and XY (90% RHC) grades as partial substitute for virgin natural rubber. Feedstock is glove-industry scrap — blends seamlessly into glove compounds.
Latex Condom Manufacturing
The latex condom industry uses cup lumps and premium XY-grade white reclaim as raw material inputs. Purity and colour are critical — our feedstock is uniformly light-coloured and low in contamination.
Automobile Parts
Moulded auto parts, engine mounts, transmission bushings, and general automotive rubber components use AX-grade reclaim to reduce compound cost without sacrificing physical properties.
Oil Seals
Precision oil seals need consistent physical properties and good extrudability. Reclaim is compounded at 15–20% substitution in seal compounds for cost reduction.
Rubber Mats & Matting
Rubber mats, gym mats, floor tiles, and general matting products are heavy users of reclaim rubber. PR and FR grades dominate here.
Coloured Rubber Products
When the finished product must be light or coloured, only white or tinted reclaim will do. Our PR and FR grades in green or blue tinted variants are the input of choice.
Cycle Tyres & Tubes
The bicycle tyre and tube industry — particularly in India — is a heavy user of reclaim rubber. PR and FR grades are standard inputs.
